1. Item Availability

    Once order online is completed in-stock item(s) begin processing. Your order will be shipped once the item is located, payment is approved and your address is validated. The item may be listed as "in-stock" However,  there is a possibility that the merchandise may be of low quantity and is not available for shipment. Based on popular demand, item could be sold out. If this situation may occur, you will be notified promptly by email once availability is verified.

 

 

 2. Tracking Your Order

     Please feel free to contact us via email, once order has been placed and confirmation email received if you would like to track orders' status. This information will be sent to you by email.

 

*It is very important to provide accurate shipping information with your order. Orders will not be delivered to PO Box address. We are not responsible for returns due to wrong shipping information provided.

 

*Lure Boutique is not responsible for delay in shipments, caused by natural disasters or shipping partners unforeseen service disruptions.

 

  3. Return Policy

      Clothing with quality-related, sizing issues or just disliking the item(s) you purchased may be exchanged by contacting boutiquelure@yahoo.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. In email, please state reason for exchange along with, the name and size of item(s) you would like to exchange. Your exchange must be of equal value: For example, If you are exchanging an item that is $25.00 + shipping and handling your new item(s) must be of same value. Exchanged item(s) should be received before your new order is shipped. You will be notified by email once we receive your item(s) and again once your order is shipped.

 

If an order is placed and is "Out of Stock" you will be notified immediately via email. You will have the option to receive a full refund or choose another item of equal value. This is the only exception of receiving a refund.

 

* Clothing exchanged must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. Clothing must also be in original package. Returned clothing with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not  be exchanged.
